Black Entrepreneur Blueprint is a podcast, website, Youtube channel, etc. all designed to inspire and give you the tools to start, build, and grow your own business. Jay Jones runs the various outlets and is really phenomenal. He gives you the essentials you need to get started designing and growing your own business. Obviously, you need to put in the work, but he's an excellent coach with experience. I've been listening to him for about 6 months now. His podcasts seem to be the largest outlet and are available on iTunes and other platforms. If you're interested in financial freedom for yourself and your community, check him out.
AfricanAncestry.com offers comprehensive DNA testing to trace your ancestry back to the African continent, even to a particular ethnic group. While I've not tried their services personally and cannot attest to the accuracy, it seemed worth listing here as the importance of knowing where we come from after centuries of slavery is so critical to our future. Short of being able to rebuild our genealogical history back to Africa (which most of us aren't able to do), DNA analysis of our African roots seems to be the next best thing.
Black Business Network Exchange provides a host of services and specializes in marketing, event coordination, and mass communications for Black-owned businesses. Check out their website for a full list of services.
HomeTeam History is absolutely the best video resource online for African based history. The videos this brother produces are the highest quality and incredibly informative. However, he can't produce these for free, so please check out his patreon site and subscribe/support his cause. He's got some free videos on Youtube that are excellent as well. Regardless, check them out, learn something, and apply what you learn, let it change you.
Black Sands Entertainment was founded in 2016 and offers Afro-centric comic books, children's books, and T-shirts. What stands out about Black Sands is their incredible art work. Bar none, the detail and design of their characters is phenomenal! Without a doubt, their stories are entertaining and will capture the minds of children, teens, and even adults. This company is doing big things and I highly encourage you to support their projects including an upcoming DVD production!
Urbantoons Inc specializes in African-American childrens' books, toys, clothes, and other items designed to help our kids connect with their heritage, tradition, and culture. The company is based in Philadelphia, PA and founded by Ki’el Ebon Ibrahim.
One of the most effective organizations and mechanism that support the empowerment of black people in America. Now, this is an unbiased review and I have no affiliation with Tag Team Marketing other than having purchased some of their products. BBM is a network marketing business where marketers are essentially independent contractors or salespeople. Although, really they are much more in that they have the opportunity to really create their own teams and practically run their own business.
